Whipped Goat Cheese
- 6 oz goat cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoon heavy cream (or milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
Tartlets
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Flaky sea salt

Instructions
